We have found out that many of the other study results have been carried out by our own customers through their campaigns and equipped with new data.

We looked at marketers who used three or more channels in their campaigns and compared them with marketers that usually used just one channel.

Vendors with a more complete experience have a 90 percent higher customer retention rate via single-channel marketers.

Our data show that single-channel marketers had customer retention rates of only 34,8%, with retention rates of more than 66% being achieved by marketers using three or more channels. This data demonstrates how customer loyalty can be achieved by using more channels.
