How to Stay in Shape When You’re Busy #infographic

You've often been training for months... Then the weekend, the business trip or the madness of life distracted you. Well-known sonority? This is how we should live in the context of a fitness and nutrition cover: people who try to work out (and stay) for months diligently and then fall back on holiday or a broad schedule of work. This is the most common trend I find to be a food and exercise coach. It's faster and easier than you thought.

It's also a seesaw that works physiologically. Train often, and you get a workout effect— brain, blood pressure, breathing system, metabolism, muscles, and bones that improve your health and function. Stop exercising and your body starts changing –to do nothing–so all the benefits you've managed for start losing.

That's why we've got everywhere this simple exercise. It only takes a few minutes a day and requires minimal or no facilities, focusing on the compound workout (large muscles, large movements). It can also be adjusted: you can shuffle and miss a couple, find different methods of adding resistance and switch the full amount of reps and rounds depending on how long you have and your preferences.
