Participants say there is a growing need for accessibility skills— a good news for applicants seeking to stand out from the crowd! 83% of sector participants revealed that demand for accessibility skills has increased moderately or substantially over the past five years, with more than 93% of participants expecting this requirement to rise in the future. And 93.5 percent of all respondents said that it is "very important" for them to hire more people with accessibility skills.
