In 1994, Jeff Bezos left his job and set up Amazon. Through Amazon, a book, the first item was ordered in 1995. In the following 30 days, Amazon generated a weekly turnover of $20,000 and sold books in all U.S. states.
The business is now the world's largest online marketplace for customers. But the items are not only sold by Amazon. The company also specializes in cloud computing and other online services. Amazon employs a total of 647,500 people. Amazon has become attractive to companies for all these reasons. Because companies want to sell their customers through the Amazon marketplace and thus meet an enormous target audience.
