There are plenty of tips for increasing productivity, plenty of tips job, but there are some ways our own body tries to tell when the best time to do certain things. Some studies found that between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and then between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. the best time to learn new things. Our brain is in learning mode during these periods, and ready to learn new things and information.
 Exercise at 7:00 am can be done because research suggests that exercising before breakfast is the most helpful way to lose weight and boost our energy levels. The explanation for this is that it sets the body up for a fat burn all-day.

Coffee intake can be achieved at 9:45 am because energy is controlled by the stress hormone cortisol, which usually peaks between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. So, we probably don't need the boost until after 9:30.
The best time to focus is 10:00 am because this is the prime time biologically, referring to the hours of the day when we have the most energy available. We will try to cut all of caffeine and alcohol from our diet and eat as little sugar as possible to reach our BPT. While holding a log of our hourly energy levels, wake up without alarm. For some, it might not start at 10:00 am.

The job interview will take place at 10:30 am. The interviewer considers it the most fairly appropriate moment. They're not going to feel hurried, and they're probably going to have time to check their mail and get ready for the day.
We can take a break at 11:00 am because research suggests taking a break in the middle of the morning is the best time to do it. It is easier to recover our increasingly declining mental resources by taking a break closer to the beginning of the workday.
A nap can be taken between 2-3 pm because the mid-afternoon is the best time to take a nap, we typically experience some sleepiness after lunch, so a nap at this time is less likely to interfere with the later nighttime rest.

A meeting can be held at 3 p.m. A study found Tuesday 3 p.m. to be the best time for the team meeting. This is the moment when everyone will most likely have access to it.
 Creative work can be done at 6 pm, where scientists say activities that require considerable attention often exhaust our inhibition, the capacity of our brain to filter out unnecessary information. So we should think right after work about tackling creative tasks.
