Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt for Sour Cream:

 It is better to use plain nonfat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream because it contains 22 grams of protein, 23 grams of fat and 120 calories on a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, while the same one cup of sour cream contains 4.8 grams of protein, 484 calories and 45 grams of fat. Greek Nonfat yogurt is a safe baking choice.

Mashed Avocado for Butter:

 You can substitute them with butter using mashed avocados. Since one cup of mashed avocados contains 15 grams of unsaturated fat and 240 calories, while the same amount of butter contains 115 grams of fat and 1240 calories that are not safe.

Mashed Bananas for Vegetable Oil:

 Vegetable oil in one cup of oil contains 997 calories and 218 grams of fat with zero nutrition. Although 2.7 grams of fat, 200 calories and 23 percent of the daily recommended potassium and 20 percent of vitamin C are contained in the same amount of mashed bananas. So mashed banana is the perfect vegetable oil alternative.

Pumpkin Puree for Vegetable Oil:

Pumpkin puree is also a safe alternative because it contains 8.7 grams of fat, 80 calories and has a nutritional value of 160% of vitamin A and 48% of vitamin K. While there are more calories and fat in the same amount of oil, and no nutritional benefits.

Flax Eggs for Real Eggs:

 Flax eggs are a mixture of 1 spoonful of ground flaxseed and 3 spoonfuls of water. It is the safer and the stronger. Replace real eggs as one real egg has no fibre, while one flax egg has 3 grams of fibre. One egg contains 78 calories, and one flax egg contains 0 calories. But flax eggs are safer for a baking purpose than real eggs.

To improve the flavor and raise the nutritional benefits of your baked cuisine, you can use shredded or pureed vegetables and fruit.
White flour can be replaced with other healthy meals such as whole wheat flour, almond flour, chickpeas flour, and oat flours.

You can use dark chocolate instead of standard chocolate, since dark chocolate has more health benefits than regular chocolate and less sugar in dark chocolate.
Likewise, instead of refined sugar, you should add safe sweeteners like honey and jaggery, as they provide more robust benefits and improve the flavor of your food.
