Vitamins are an essential part of our body; eating the right nutrients will change our wellbeing considerably. The research shows that the human body is much better at directly extracting vitamins from food. We need a few essential vitamins, and they are readily available in the grocery store.
 Vitamin B1 helps transform carbohydrates into energy for our body and strengthens the health of our nervous system. In the grocery store, some of the types of vitamin B1 are black beans, sunflower seeds, lentils, and tuna.

Vitamin B2 improves our complexion and helps break down fat, protein and carbs in our body. Some of the vitamin b2 types include lean meats, milk, green vegetables, and fortified cereals. Vitamin B3 allows us to maintain a healthy nervous system, improving digestion. Vitamin B3 sources are the tuna, the turkey breasts, the halibut and the breasts of chicken.
 Vitamin C improves our immune system, eliminates wrinkles and prevents scurvy. Vitamin C types include orange, spinach, chili peppers, broccoli, papaya, strawberries, mango, and kivi.  Potassium prevents our heart beating normally, lowers the risk of many illnesses and makes the muscles work properly.

 Folic acid helps us produce new, healthy cells, lower cancer risk and improve the health of pregnancy. Follic acid types include turnip greens, beans, broccoli, lentils, and asparagus.  Vitamin K helps our blood to coagulate properly. Vitamin K forms include sprouts of the kale, spinach, roman lettuce, broccoli and Brussels.
  Therefore a varied diet with a good amount of fruits, nuts, dairy products and meat included is important to lead a healthy life to get your daily supply of vitamins.
