Whether a person lies or tells the truth is easy to detect. Most of our communication is carried out through non-verbal elements, which involves body language and voice tone.  There are few steps we can spot a lie through.
If the hands are clenched in the pockets, palm displays and fists, check for hand gestures. We'll get to know in these three hand gestures whether the person is lying or telling the truth.  The eye movements vary from the right or left eye. The right eye tells you to visually think about something that happened, to think about something they heard and to talk to themselves.

The middle one states that intentional eye contact is an indicator of a liar trying to appear honest, straight-ahead with a mask is an indicator of worrying about something that clearly happened. The left eye reveals us mentally building a lie, verbally building a lie, and talking about something that they were doing.

Look at the movements to the face shows that a person who lies is more likely to cover his or her mouth with his or her hand or place the sides near the mouth, almost as if to conceal the lies that are coming out.  People also tend to brush their nose much more when they lie, than tell the truth. It is caused by an adrenaline rush to the capillaries in the ear, which causes itchy nose.

If speaking at a higher pitch, listening to vocal signs is quavering speech, going on the offensive, speaking faster or slower, deflecting questions, using bullying techniques, repeating words, stammering, exaggerating information and revealing too many features.  Ultimately, the body language can be measured through the few indications a person lies. Other symptoms include sweating, shivering, blushing, swallowing trouble, gulping, nodding in opposition, clearing one's throat and leaning away.
