Overnight Oat Recipes Great for Breakfast #infographic

Oats are among the healthiest weight loss, skin, and digestive system choices. When taken on an empty stomach in the morning it keeps us healthy. One of its most significant advantages is that it contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, it is the perfect breakfast food which also has positive effects in cancer protection.  Some of the recettes for overnight oatmeal are made from fruits and nuts.
Chia Berry:

The berry chia seed ingredients include the topping of 1⁄2 cup mixed berries, 1⁄2 cup of milk, and 1⁄4 cup of Greek yogurt required for the liquid. The mix-ins will need one tablespoon berry jam, 1⁄4 vanilla extract teaspoons, one teaspoon honey, and one teaspoon chia seeds. We'll need 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats to the foundation.

Blueberry banana: 
Blueberry banana ingredients include 1⁄2 cup blueberry toppings and 1⁄2 cup sliced banana. 1⁄2 cup of milk for the food, 1⁄2 cup of vanilla extract for the mixture, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1⁄2 mashed bananas. We'll need 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats to the foundation.
 Blueberry Almond: 
The blueberry almond needs 1⁄4 cup of blueberries, the liquid includes 3⁄4 cup of milk. The mix-ins shall contain 1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1-2 teaspoon of honey.  For 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats, the foundation will be prepared.

Banana Nuts: 
Two tablespoons of walnuts and 1/3 cup of sliced bananas will be added to the banana nut toppings, for the liquid 2/3 cup of milk. The mix-ins will include 1⁄2 cinnamon teaspoon, 1⁄4 nutmeg teaspoon, two chia pepper pods, 1⁄2 mashed banana. The base needs around 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.
Maple French toast: 
Maple French toast is made of 2/3 almond milk, with 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1⁄4 mashed bananas and 1⁄2 teaspoon of maple syrup blended in. The base is made of 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Peanut-better banana:
 Peanut butter banana would need 1⁄2 cup almond milk for the liquid and 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt for it. The mix-ins will include 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter— 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1⁄2 mashed bananas, and 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. The foundation is made using 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Cherry Vanilla:
 The cherry vanilla toppings will be 1⁄2 cup of pitted cherries, with 1⁄2 cup of milk and 1⁄4 cup of vanilla yogurt in the mixture. Mix-ins will consist of one teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, and 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats will be prepared for the foundation.
 Strawberry vanilla toppings include one cup of sliced strawberries, 1⁄2 cup of milk for liquid. The mix-ins include 1⁄2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1⁄2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of chia seed and 1⁄2 teaspoon of honey. The base needs one and a half cup of rolled oats.

Coconut chocolate: 
Coconut chocolate will be made with the toppings of one tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1⁄4 cup of almonds, adding 3⁄4 cup of milk for the cream. There are 1⁄2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, two teaspoon chia seeds and two teaspoons of honey in the mix-ins. The base allow 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.
Chocolate Strawberry:
 Chocolate strawberry needs 1⁄4 cup strawberries, 2/3-3/4 cup almond milk, and 1/8 cup Greek yogurt for the liquid. The mix-ins include 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 1 1⁄2 tablespoon of strawberry jam, 1⁄2 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1/2 tablespoon of honey. The foundation is made using 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.
