Be a leader and not a manager, clear your ideas with your colleagues, bring enthusiasm in each of your team members, help others to see their role, you should work harder than your colleagues, commitment to your goals should fix, don't rush into success build momentum, create a strategy for your team to succeed. 58% of workers choose an excellent boss over a good salary.

Create a strong support team by hiring people who are more knowledgeable than you, building a good relationship with your manager for a quick fix, don't just try to do it all. Concentrate at one hand at a time. Ask them about their life outside of work, help others to get favours in exchange, don't emotionally respond to problems. Empower workers by rewarding them; this will help in team building; the team needs to receive input, and set expectations. Planning and determining how to achieve the goal, giving your organization some room, asking for regular updates. Share the responsibility when things are messing up to take charge and look for the answer, give credit to your manager, share progress in building self-confidence for the team. Learn from the errors, solve them, and determine the cause, analyze the matter, and avoid repeating it, mistakes occur to correct and pass on.
