Regardless of the COVID-19 crisis millions of people now work from home. Although some have a cozy home office, others from the sofa or kitchen table are now working. This is bad news for safety in the back. Bad posture may lead to strained and overworked muscles when seated and standing. Soft core muscles really don't help. Back pain makes concentration, making choices and having a decent night's sleep more challenging – all of which might already be a struggle under these circumstances.
