After Japan's nuclear disaster in Fukushima in 2011, the most significant nuclear accident since Chernobyl, many nations have reiterated their goal of weaning off the source of electricity.
Yet that opinion is anything but universal — nuclear power is still ramping up in many other parts of the world, and for decades to come it is expected to be a main energy source.
