Why would anyone think the backup of Office 365 data to PSTs a smart idea? It's a terrible, brain-dead idea. All you do is dump information into an unsafe format that is well-known for its potential to corrupt data. Does that sound like a contingency plan of the right kind?

For monthly active Office 365 users, the official figure is 135 million, not "about 23 million." This paper is little more than a thinly veiled ploy to make people think they need backups from Office 365. They, in most situations, don't.
