All of us have been either required to or urged to work from home in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For persons employed at home in the United Kingdom, we are at an all-time peak and 46.6 percent of workers did at least some work at home in April 2020.

Although taking a serious approach to our current working lifestyle is crucial for us it is also important that we refrain from working too hard to learn how to sit comfortably on a machine to find the perfect ergonomic office chair that suits us.

Stress levels are on the rise, with many people citing COVID-19 and national lockdowns as a significant cause. For a second, we feel it's healthy to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of office politics, busy deadlines and report writing and partake in something stupid.
